2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping fees are included with the purchase and will be the final amount charged.

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once processed, refunds are issued as store credit, excluding the original shipping fees.3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims within 90 days of receipt. Customers cover the return shipping upfront but will be reimbursed upon a successful claim. Warranty claims are processed within 7 days, with options for a refund, store credit, or a replacement (if available).
