Returns & Refund Policy
Welcome to Moringa With Barry’s Returns & Refund Policy. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, please review the policy below.
Returns
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period.
For your convenience, the first item in your order does not need to be returned. However, any additional items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return. Please ensure you keep your receipt or proof of purchase, as it is required for processing.
Please Note: Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. If applicable, we will inform you of any adjustments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days and credited to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
- Consult your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@moringapowder.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the item’s value. Once we receive your return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return an item, please mail it to: info@moringawithbarry.com.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
